With the launch of a new web site, we lose all that was here before. That begs the question, what was even here anyway? Well, how about a synopsis of the past two years…
- released a 7″ (Snowman)
- released an album (Simple Machinery)
- Fastcut Records released it in Japan
- did a short tour of the east coast with some friends
- Craig and Charlie both released solo records
- sold a purple van, bought a white van
- played some shows
Now, did that really warrant 34 news articles? I doubt it.
So, here we are in the middle of 2010. We just got home from playing the nyc popfest – something we’ve been meaning to do for the past several years that hasn’t worked out until now. It was great to be out for a few days with everyone. Here is a video from the show shot by blearyeyedbrooklyn.com:
Now that we’re home, we’ll work on finishing the difficult third album. We plan to make it more satisfying than the last one. So far, so good.
Since nobody uses myspace anymore, we’ve added a streaming music player to this site. We hope you will find it enjoyable. Let’s see… what else. Does anyone like twitter? That’s a dumb question… I resisted for a while but finally made one for the band. I hope you enjoy it.
